Take a quick tour of Amin Martial Arts – from the outside entrance to the heart of the action inside.
Located in Cambridge, the gym offers on-site parking, spacious training areas, and a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. You’ll find male and female changing rooms with showers, a kitchen area for refreshments, and a clean, well-equipped facility that’s fully insured and professionally run. Whether you’re new or experienced, everything’s in place to help you train safely, comfortably, and confidently.

ABOUT US

Amin Martial Arts “AMA” is a purpose designed, specialised martial arts gym in Cambridge. The gym provides a spacious training environment, along with quality equipment, changing and showering facilities and a seating area for parents to watch their children training.

AMA provides Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu group classes for a wide range of ages, from 6 years-old up. Separate classes are run for children, teens and adults, including ladies only classes (Muay Thai and Kickboxing). All abilities are welcome and training will be tailored to your level.

We also host seminars, bringing experienced fighters, known names and giving people the opportunity to learn and train with them.

Dedicated sessions in a comfortable, women-only environment including a female coach. Build strength, confidence and skill with specialised Muay Thai and kickboxing classes designed specifically for women.

We regularly host community activities for our members, including BBQs, mountain hikes across the UK, coffee meet-ups at local cafés, and a variety of other social and sporting events.

Summer Camp

Action-packed martial arts holiday programmes keeping children active and engaged throughout the summer break where they learn self defence. I'm the happy father of a teenage boy who’s been training with Amin for the past four months, and I can genuinely say that our encounter with him has been nothing short of an exceptional luck! From day one, I’ve seen my son grow not only in technical skill but also in maturity and confidence. Ok, Amin is a professional fighter: his expertise, precision, and dedication make him a truly exceptional coach for those who want to reach the highest levels of technical martial arts. But what has made him truly unique for me is that, beyond being an outstanding athlete, Amin is also a family man (a father of two), and this adds a rare layer of attentiveness and care to his work with younger trainees. I can see he’s truly mindful of the specific needs of children and teenagers, creating an environment that is incredibly rewarding. Over these three months, I’ve had the chance to observe how the gym operates, and I'm deeply impressed. Through a thoughtfully structured timetable, Amin has created a vibrant and diverse collective: classes range from beginner to advanced, including sparring sessions, and attract a truly varied group of participants. Men and women, young and less young, high-level athletes and those simply training to stay fit, all come together under one roof (of course, in different classes at different times), in an atmosphere of mutual respect and shared commitment. As regards the gym, it is one of the cleanest, most modern, and well-equipped spaces I’ve ever seen, with everything from high-quality training equipment to thoughtful touches like a professional Italian coffee machine and water dispensers. Amin is a fantastic coach, intelligent, friendly, and pushes you the right amount. Honestly couldn’t ask for a more wonderful first couple sessions. I am grateful, completely worth the price, this is top notch training. Clean gym, great, new facilities. The sessions are extremely engaging whoever runs them. I train Muay Thai, Kickboxing and boxing as a teenager with Amin and enjoy every session, very engaging and a great overall workout.
