Our BJJ classes require students to wear the GI, altough not mandatory for the first class.

Evolving from traditional Japanese jujitsu and refined by the Gracie family in Brazil, BJJ revolutionised martial arts by demonstrating that ground fighting technique could defeat any standing opponent regardless of size or strength. The Approach

Whether you’re completely new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or looking to refine your grappling skills, our BJJ classes cater to all experience levels. Each session combines practical technique with effective conditioning, helping you build functional strength, improve flexibility, and increase cardiovascular endurance. Classes are structured to ensure safe, steady progression, so you can gain confidence while mastering the art of ground-based combat.
We train using the Gi (traditional uniform), although it’s not required for your first session.
Skills Development
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu develops far more than just physical ability. From positional control and submission techniques to timing and leverage, you’ll learn how to use technique over brute strength.
