Specially designed for young martial artists aged 7-16, our youth programmes build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness through age-appropriate Muay Thai and kickboxing training. Explore our structured youth classes below, where we create a fun, safe environment that allows young people to develop at their own pace with instruction specifically adapted to their age group and individual development needs.
Our youth martial arts programme understands that different ages have different needs, which is why we offer both mixed-age sessions and teenager-specific training options. Younger children (7-12) focus on fundamental movements, coordination, and respect, whilst teenagers (13-16) can choose to train with their peer group, developing more advanced techniques and enjoying the social aspects of training with others their own age. Children learn new skills far more quickly than adults, making early training crucial for discovering natural talents through trying, learning, and challenging their abilities – a simple path that can lead to future champions. All students are carefully paired with appropriate training partners to ensure safe, effective, and enjoyable learning.
Students and parents consistently praise how martial arts training builds self-confidence, improves focus, and teaches valuable life skills including respect, discipline, and perseverance. Our Cambridge youth members develop not only physical skills but also mental resilience, emotional regulation, and social skills in our structured yet enjoyable training environment.

Whether your child is just starting martial arts or developing advanced skills, our youth sessions provide structured training that matches their developmental stage. Younger children (7-14) learn in age-appropriate groups, whilst teenagers (14-16) can choose dedicated teen sessions or progress to supervised adult classes with suitable training partners.
